I’m here this weekend cooking at the Essential Being Retreat, we had choc mint bliss balls and a chunky vegetable soup with extra virgin olive oil drizzled sourdough. So much yum.

And i’m probably not even that busy I just really treasure time when I can slow down and that’s not happeneing right now. So that’s may aim for the week ahead. Whoop Whoop it’s meal plan time again! And it’s my last week of the Gut Makeover! This weeks PLAN A will again be gut makeover friendly for any of those thinking of doing it or just trying to eat less carbs.
