Hello! This week’s meal plans are totally reflective of how I’ve been eating since I got back, loads of colour and vegetables.
Salmon is one of the most common types of fish that Australians eat at home and I can totally understand why. It’s an amazing source of brain friendly Omega 3 fats, protein and a variety of vitamins and minerals. Wild Salmon tends to be a better source of all of these than farmed, as well as being better for the environment.
Hello again! I’m still in the south of France soaking up the glorious sunshine while I can as I’m well aware I’m going to struggle with the cold when I return!
These are the last meal plans I’ll be sharing from Melbourne for awhile! It’s time to escape the cold and head somewhere warm.
I’m not going to do that thing when every time there’s a nice day in winter you start stressing about global warming… but man was it warm in Melbourne this week! The chilly nights however had me craving pies and curries and all things cosy.
This week I’ve got loads of yummy things for you! Still trying to keep some cross over flavours to cut down on waste. Plus there’s soups, pasta and a super easy flatbread in the mix for you.
I have been a little quiet again this week! My boyfriend is visiting (he’s currently living overseas this the visiting aspect) and we’ve been in Sydney this weekend and generally just keeping ourselves busy so I’ve been a little less focused on writing up recipes… I’d rather only share the best with you than rush it!
The last couple of weeks have been so fun but have certainly lacked down time! With catering, recipe development and teaching workshops, on top of refurbishing a whole lot of mid century furniture for the little side line my brother and I do with @hausevintagefurniture, it’s certainly be full to the brim. But no actual complaints, I love having loads of different things going on it keeps me feeling inspired and excited by the different stuff I get to do.
I did something a little bit naughty last week… I skipped the meal plans post! It was my last weekend in London and I decided to give myself an actual holiday and completely switch off which meant not blog post, no instagram posts, just normal life. I need to do this more as it’s the ultimate relaxation and I hadn’t realised how long it had been since I’d done that. But I’m back now! With two new plans for you all.
Yep. 100 weeks of meal plans. That’s a whole lot of meal plans for you beautiful humans to choose from. And considering each post contains two plans that’s 200 plans for you! Aren’t you lucky?
