A Vegetarian Christmas

Well it’s been another week full of changed plans and awful decisions. We were meant to be in Sydney right now, seeing my partner’s family but unfortunately the latest outbreak has meant that trip has been canceled. Thinking of all our loved ones in Sydney right now, I know your plans have been thrown into disarray!

With Christmas mere moments away I thought I’d put together a little vegetarian Christmas menu for you all! These could be great options to serve alongside your usual fare or to create a completely vegetarian Christmas.

Starters

Summer Saganaki and Saganaki with Orange, Almond and Pomegranate have a little cheese party!

Gem Lettuce, Dill Cashew Cheese and Parmesan, these crunchy bites are a winner.

Pumpkin, Sundried Tomato and Haloumi Pie, great as a mini pie.

Mains

Rosemary Roasted Cauliflower with Butter Bean and Parmesan Puree.

Rainbow Chard and Ricotta Tart, so pretty on the table.

Sides

Tomato and Parsley Salad with Miso and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dressing.

Smashed Potatoes with Chilli, Rocket and Parmesan.

Mint, Beetroot and Green Bean Salad, another festive looking dish.

Dessert

Matcha Mousse and Chocolate Mousse, you can have a pretty little mousse party with these two vegan recipes.

Baked Chocolate Cheesecake, simple and delightful.
