Meal Plans 31

How are you all feeling? I’m on a bit of a roller coaster at the moment. I’m mostly fine, this situation in Melbourne sucks, but my personal situation is pretty great so I’m very aware of how lucky I am. That said the internet is a scary place at the moment and I’m finding the anger and division particularly draining. So I’ve spent most of today away from it and that’s so helpful.

I’ve watched a movie, flicked through cookbooks and eaten a delicious chicken schnitzel roll. So now I’m ready to dig in and plan the week ahead. Check out this week’s ideas below….

Breakfast

Blueberry and Oat Spiced Breakfast Muffins: these are delicious at any time of the day.

Breakfast Tacos with Red Papaya Salsa, tacos should be eaten all day long.

Lunch
