Meal Plans 12

I’ve been loving just using what I have on after a fresh food delivery box my sister sent me. This has meant lots of veggie forward dishes and subbing ingredients in and out as needed.

I’m very much about using what you have do if you ever need substitution help please just let me know! Happy cooking…

 

Breakfast

Miso Butter and Enoki Mushrooms on Sourdough, you can use olive oil instead of butter in this deliciousness!

It’s so cold Banana Bread Oats need to happen.

Lunch

I have all the ingredients for this easy dahl with chickpeas, zucchini and spinach.

Miso Sesame Roasted Cauliflower and Pumpkin Grain Salad perfect for autumn vegetables.

Dinner

These chicken ribs are a must make, oven baked but crispy and delicious. We have them with a pile of green beans.

Pan fried barramundi with a citrus and avocado salad is a dream with some roast potatoes

Roasted Cauliflower mac n cheese is all my comfort food dreams come true.

Pork Schnitzel with a Roasted Wedged Slaw and Herb dressing. This is just as good with chicken or even tofu!

Dessert

I am trying to stick to one baking project a week and this week it is Gluten Free Triple Chocolate Brownie Yummmmm!
