I’m back! Back from holiday and back at it in the kitchen. I have loads of new ideas ready to spring on you and I can’t wait.
For now, here’s some ideas for the week ahead:
Plan A
Day 1: Baked Za’atar Spiced Chicken with Lentils and Sweet Potatoes. An easy one pan meal!
Day 2: Chipotle Parmesan Carrot Tacos, make your Taco Tuesday meat free!
Day 3: Crispy Prawn Souvlaki with Dill Yoghurt Sauce, hands down beat thing to put in a wrap.
Day 4: Cauliflower, Pomegranate and Haloumi Salad, winter salads are a great time.
Day 5: Roast Chicken with Zucchini and Leek Stuffing served with Parmesan and Chilli Smashed Potatoes
Plan B
Day 1: Broccoli, Hemp and Pepita Pesto Pasta, full of plant based goodness.
Day 2: Cauliflower, Pomegranate and Haloumi Salad, Haloumi every day please.
Day 3: Pumpkin, Tomato and Spinach Dahl, I made this this week and it was perfect.
Day 4: Quick and Easy Vegetarian Chilli. So yummy and so easy.
Day 5: Chipotle Parmesan Carrot Tacos, not just for Tuesdays.
This week’s bonus? A berry crumble is exactly what you need.
