Yes, this fudge is really that easy to make. The only sugar in it comes from the chocolate you use so you can control the level and type of sugar you use based on the chocolate you select. I was almost going to call it 2 ingredient fudge and you’ll see why when you look at that short ingredients list!
Double Chocolate Tahini Cookies (Gluten Free)
Full disclosure: these are not a health food. They have some things in them that make them a tiny bit more wholesome and nutrient rich than a regular cookie. But they are a sugary treat. I’m all for the belief that if you want a cookie, dessert of any kind, or whatever so called bad food you’re craving, then have it. Just make it yourself.
Tahini Double Chocolate Skillet Brownie
Wow. This is a good one. Fudgey and delicious and best eaten warm straight from the pan. It’s also really quick and easy to make with no fancy equipment needed. It’s the kind of dessert you’ll dream about and it’s gluten free if that’s a thing you need!
Dark Chocolate and Chia Nice Cream Popsicle (Vegan)
These are so simple I’m almost embarrassed to post the recipe. Minimal ingredients but maximum flavour and the perfect thing on hot summer days or to grab for a light and yummy dessert.
Crispy Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies (Gluten Free)
It’s December so you know what that means: Christmas baking! I like to mix it up with old favourites and healthier takes on old favourites. These crispy gingerbread cookies have a hint of chocolate, lots of spice and are low in both fat and sugar in comparison to a regular cookie. They’re also gluten free if you’re into that sort of thing;)
Chocolate, Coconut and Zucchini Cupcakes With Tahini Caramel Glaze
Oh yeah. These are happening. They’re like a a coconut rough cupcake but with green vegetables in them. Yesss please. Don’t freak out about the vegetable content, it’s there to give texture and zucchini is so mild and slightly sweet so it’s a totally fine thing to put in your baked goods. No more zany than carrot cake. So if you can get around carrot cake, you can get around these.
Double Chocolate And Banana Cobbler
This cobbler is sort of like a skillet self saucing pudding. It’s grain free and low in sugar thanks to being mostly sweetened with banana. It’s also rich chocolatey goodness and I’m all about that. Keep reading if you are too!
OLIVE OIL AND SEA SALT DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROOKIES (VEGAN!)
This double chocolate vegan treat is a cross between a cookie and a brownie, the crisp exterior of a cookie with the soft chocolate interior of a brownie.
NO BAKE 6 INGREDIENT CHOC COCONUT SLICE
This is the instant sweet treat you’re after. It’s full of fibre and antioxidant rich ingredients, and can be made on the stove top in a matter of minutes. The perfect solution to your winter cravings. All the ingredients are pantry or fridge staples. One of them is water…
NO BAKE SESAME CARAMEL SLICE
With a choc, coconut almond base, tahini caramel middle layer and raw chocolate topping this slice is all the good things. It’s gluten free and sweetened with a little maple syrup to make it a not so naughty treat.
