Meal Plans 25

I have a super exciting announcement to make today along with this week’s meal plans. I’ve been looking into making a slight change with how I run things in this little corner of the internet and I’ve finally launched something new for you…

I’ve started a Patreon account! If you haven’t hear of Patreon before please go check it out, it’s a monthly subscription service that allows you to support your favourite creatives. Each month I’ll be giving my subscribers exclusive recipes through Patreon as well as access to all Ebooks and lots more stuff that you can check out at this link.

This doesn’t mean that anything will be changing on this blog, I’ll still be posting meal plans and recipes that you can access for free here. The stuff on Patreon will be extra to that, and exclusive to those subscribers. I’ve decided to do this as after looking into advertising opportunities I realised I don’t want this blog to be full of ads. I also want my main client to be you and to be creating things for you first and first most, and through Patreon I can do that!

This week’s meal plans include 2 recipes that are exclusive to Patreon so you can get an idea of what I’m posting on there, however I’ve included an alternative meal for the dinner one s no one feels left out!

I’ve just completed week 2 of the gut makeover today and that means that next week I get to include a small amount of fermented dairy, sounds delicious right? haha. By that I mean blue cheese and kefir are allowed for the next 2 weeks, it’s exciting for me as I’ve been getting a bit bored this week.

Breakfast

Zucchini and Potato Hashbrowns, you can make these with any root vegetable.

Mini Banana Pancake Stacks, this is a Patreon exclusive recipe and it’s delicious.

Banana and Zucchini Smoothie, a theme is appearing in this week’s breakfasts! This sounds weird bu the zucchini doesn’t have a whole heap of flavour it just adds creaminess and is good for you.

Lunch

Loaded Parsnip Fries, the ranch dressing on these guys is so delicious and addictive

Asian Turmeric and Ginger Omelette with Peanut Slaw, a rainbow on your plate.

Dinner

Tandoori Salmon and Cauliflower Salad. I’ll be using kefir instead of yoghurt in this but you can just use yoghurt!

Oven Baked Sesame Chicken with Szechuan and Peanut Green Beans, these chicken pieces are so delicious it’s a must try.

Butternut Pumpkin and Cashew Curry, this freezes well too so you could make a double batch.

Slow Cooked Harissa-ish Lamb Shanks this is a Patreon exclusive recipe but you could do a lamb and eggplant curry instead.

Have a lovely week everyone.

HH. x
