Christmas Desserts to Keep the Party Going

The silly season is upon us so I’ll be putting the every week meal plans on hold for the rest of December and spinning out some special holiday lists. Including this sweet one! Next week you’ll get a full Christmas Menu and then there’s a special grazing table number 😉

If you’d like meal plans click this link. Some yummy ideas for you!

Now for my favourite round up of sweet treats that are holiday appropriate! The first two are sugar filled numbers but with lots of fresh fruit and the rest have been lightened up or made to fit special dietary requirements in some way or another but still taste completely indulgent! Click the links to find out more. All Options are gluten free which can be handy when feeding a crowd!

1. Meringue Wreath with Strawberry Cream, this is a particularly festive take on the classic pavlova. I’m a big fan of a chewy meringue so that’s what you’re getting!

2. Baked Chocolate Cheesecake, there’s always that chocolate lover to appease.

3. Alexandra’s Thai Trifle this is such a yummy take on a trifle a d super summery and fresh for my fellow Southern Hemisphere dwellers.

4. Mocha Cake with Coffee Cream Icing will make you think of tiramisu but this is a refined sugar free number!

5. 6 Ingredient Cherry and Coconut Bites, are the perfect home made truffle to add to your dessert table. Made with real cherries!

6. Choc Mint Cookies, are a gluten and dairy free version of a mint slice and also the perfect thing to add to a dessert spread.

Have fun cooking!

HH. xx
