This recipe is all time. I am so proud of it as it’s super delicious and fun. I wouldn’t usually post two meat based recipes in a row as it’s not reflective of how I eat but I just couldn’t wait to share this. I’ve included ideas below to make it vegetarian, you could even make it vegan if you used vegan cheese alternatives. No matter what, it’s delicious.
Meal Plans Week 132
So I’m half way through testing all the recipes I created using my grocery haul and I’ll be able to share the whole weekly plan including a shopping list etc soon. For now these plans are inspired by what I’ve been eating!
Easy Chicken, Fennel, Kale and Freekah Salad
You could add anything to this salad and it would be delicious, but that zesty fennel is a must. Actually don’t change a thing, make it like this!
Meal Plans Week 131
The focus of this week’s meal plans is going to be using similar ingredients in different ways to make sure you don’t end up with a bunch of kale languishing in your fridge in two weeks time! Or spending unnecessary money on food you’ll never eat!
Chicken, Leek and Sundried Tomato Pasta Bake
This blog would have you thinking I mostly just eat pasta… and you wouldn’t be far off the mark! But I also eat soups and salads and roasts and stir fries and curries and burgers…. I just often can’t be bothered sharing it as life has got so busy.
