I’m moving!! After 2 years in a huge house in Northcote I’m moving to a cosy little place with my partner and we couldn’t be more excited. I’m so looking forward to setting up a new kitchen and work space and making a home for the two of us. I am so not excited about packing…
We have about a week before that needs to begin so I’m going to enjoy making my way through the freezer at this current house and that’s going to mean curries and pies!
Maybe I should mix the two? In the mean time here’s your inspiration for the week:
Plan A
Day 1: Miso and Ginger Tofu Curry, we’re having at least three vegetarian night at our house and I’m looking forward to making one of them this flavour bomb of a curry.
Day 2: Turkey Meatballs with Chermoula and Cauliflower Puree, these meatballs are light yet comforting.
Day 3: Fresh Pea Falafel Hummus Bowls, I love the incredible colour of these fresh pea falafels.
Day 4: Israeli Cous Cous Salad with Salmon and Fennel, this salad is light, easy to make and delicious.
Day 5: Cauliflower and Thyme Carbonara, this is such a delightful spin on carbonara and perfect for winter.
Plan B
Day 1: Fresh Pea Falafel Hummus Bowls, falafel is the best time.
Day 2: Roast Pumpkin, Tomato and Thyme Pasta Bake. I have been craving pasta bake for a week now!
Day 3: Lentil and Haloumi Salad, I mean Haloumi is always a good idea right?
Day 4: Miso and Ginger Tofu Curry, it’s not a week of food without a curry.
Day 5: Mushroom and Avocado Burrito with Crispy Cheese, because you deserve it.
And this week’s bonus is Banana Bread Oats, as I’ve just rediscovered porridge!
