Meal Plans Week 112

Well hello again! Another week gone and I hope it was one full of great food! I’ve been trying to refocus on wasting less in my kitchen and plan to spend today decluttering the pantry because it has got oh so out of control, please tell me your Sunday plans are more exciting!

I’ll also be planning the recipes I’m testing this week, keep an eye out for some delicious new things in the week to come… but for now, the meal plans!

Plan A

Day 1: Vegetarian Tikka Masala, a curry is the perfect Monday night meal as you can have leftovers for lunches!

Day 2: Glazed Meatball Subs with Satay Sauce – these are incredibly tasty and so quick to make.

Day 3: Shiitake and Water Chestnut Dumplings, you can freeze any leftovers raw and then you have dumplings on hand whenever you like.

Day 4: Tandoori Salmon Salad, this uses many of the same ingredients from the previous 3 meals so is a fab way to build a meal from what you have on hand!

Day 5: Caprese Baked Chicken, the perfect meal to share with friends.

 

Plan B

Day 1: Cauliflower Melts, the yummiest cheese toast!

Day 2: Capsicum, Baby Kale and Fried Caper Linguini with a Fried Egg, one of my favourite pastas

Day 3: Vegetarian Tikka Masala, an easy curry you can mostly make with dried spices!

Day 4: Haloumi Tacos, haloumi on everything please.

Day 5: Shiitake and Water Chestnut Dumplings end the week on dumplings!
