Meal Plans Week 85

This week’s meal plans are coming at you from LA, I’ve been here for the weekend visiting a friend – check out my Instagram if you want to see what I’ve been up to (mostly eating delicious things!). Luckily, it’s easy to eat loads of healthy delicious things in LA;)

Speaking of healthy things, I’ve been working on my whole ‘live a more natural environmentally friendly life thing’ and am currently trialling some Beauty Counter products that are free of a whole lot of the nasty additives a lot of cosmetics have in them – I’ll let you know more about this over the next week or so.

Back to the food, I’ve included loads of salads, noodles and other yummy things this week  – let me know what dishes you plan on making!

Plan A

Day 1: Green Bean and Sugar Snap Pea Salad with Fennel and Feta Dressing, toasted fennel seeds give a lovely subtle nuttiness to this salad.

Day 2: Roast Chicken Noodles, you can use leftover rotisserie chicken to make this super yummy and easy noodle dish. Like take away at home!

Day 3: Tandoori Salmon Burgers, these burgers are easy to make and taste delicious!

Day 4: Fried Tempeh, Black Rice and Avocado Bowl with Golden Beet and Edamame Salad – you can use any colour beets in this!

Day 5: Crispy Crunchy Chicken Salad with Parmesan Dressing, this salad is everything, the coating on that chicken + that parmesan dressing is actual HEAVEN.

Plan B

Day 1: Creamy Pesto Noodles with Roast Tomatoes and Chickpeas, this vegan dish can be made with pasta or zoodles.

Day 2: Green Bean and Sugar Snap Pea Salad with Fennel and Feta Dressing, pair this with some quinoa to make a very filling meal.

Day 3: Fried Tempeh, Black Rice and Avocado Bowl with Golden Beet and Edamame Salad – yep it’s definitely a salady week.

Day 4: Cauliflower, Pomegranate and Haloumi Salad, putting haloumi and cauliflower together makes me very happy.

Day 5: Miso and Ginger Tofu Curry, because there’s definitely still some cool nights going on.

And this week’s bonus recipe to round out the Meal Plans? Fluffy Pikelets with Warm Berries because you deserve it.
