This week has gone oh so quickly! I sort of fee like that about this whole year though. It’s a whirlwind. But I’m loving doing these meal plans each week as they help keep me on track, I hope you’re loving them too!

This week we’ve got the usual suspects, one vego plan and one eat everything plan. I’m trying to mobe into slightly lighter food this week so we’re back on the salad bandwagon!

Plan A

Day 1: Tofu Curry filled with miso and ginger = yum!

Day 2: Buffalo Chicken and Ranch Slaw Salad

Day 3: Cauliflower Tacos if you have leftover slaw from last night then just use it in tacos tonight, this vego version is YUM.

Day 4: Lamb meatballs, kale and pomegranate salad

Day 5: Fragrant Coconut Poached Salmon with Red Lentils

Plan B

Day 1: Simple Vegan Creamy Mushroom Fettucini

Day 2: Super green Breakfast bowl – go ahead and have breakfast for dinner you rebel you. And prep and extra serve for the morning

Day 3: Tofu Korma Curry

Day 4: Vegan Eggplant Katsu Curry

Day 5: Quick Spicy Vegetarian Ramen


And you have to make these cookies this week! Olive oil and sea salt double chocolate BROOKIES. Yep.
