You are probably very aware of my dumpling obsession by now. I make them myself a lot, rarely the wrappers but always the filling. These vegan dumplings are full of flavour and texture and such a delight.

DUMPLINGS!!! Give me all the dumplings, always! If somebody wants to do a causal dinner, I’m always like “should we get dumplings?” because I want them always and will take any excuse to go out for them. That said I also love making my ow and these are all kinds of perfect. A delicate filling, delicious spicy broth and greens – this is a health food blog after all.

The perfect thing when you want something, light, quick and nourishing. Green vegetables and omega 3 rich ocean trout make for a well balanced meal, especially when you serve it with some brown rice to soak up the delicious sesame and ginger dressing. You can have a healthy and oh so tasty dinner ready in about 20 minutes, and that’s a win in my books.
