I love choc mint, it’s a child hood favourite of mine. Whether it be in mint choc chip ice cream or a mint slice, or after dinner mints it’s always been a favourite combination of mine.
5 INGREDIENT CHOC COCONUT ‘BOUNTY’ BALLS
Let the Christmas ‘baking’ continue! So there’s probably some sort of copyright problem with me calling these Bounty balls. But they are so reminiscent of a bounty, and it used to be my favourite chocolate bar as a kid so that’s a huge compliment. These little chocolates are ridiculous easy to make and way healthier than the original.
VEGAN CHOC-PEANUT BROWNIE
These brownies are fudgy and delicious, higher in protein than a regular brownie and vegan to boot. They’re still a treat food though. A very, delicious, chocolatey, fudgy treat food. And they have a secret ingredient.
CHOCOLATE COVERED ALMOND AND CARAMEL CHEWS
Okay, before you get started I’m not pretending these are a health food. I do think they’re a much better option that munching on refined sugar filled lollies though and they’re my after dinner (or lunch!) treat and I LOVE THEM. And it’s my birthday so I can eat them all! Right?!
CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE WITH SALTED TAHINI CARAMEL DRIZZLE
CHOC-PEANUT BUTTER SKILLET COOKIE
If you hadn’t guessed yet chocolate and peanut butter is one of my favourite combinations. You can see this in this smoothie, this cheesecake slice and lots of other things I’ve forgotten to mention. I’m also all about skillet cookies for dessert at the moment, this is the third time I’ve made one in as many weeks. It’s becoming an issue.
CHOC-RASPBERRY BLISS BALLS
SALTED TAHINI CARAMEL, ROAST ALMOND AND CHOCOLATE ‘NICE’ CREAM
CHOC MINT COOKIES
These are freakin’ delicious. Like, ridiculous. I almost made myself sick because I couldn’t stop eating them. Could have also been because I licked some of the drizzled chocolate off the board…hmmm. Plus they are gluten free, dairy free and lower in sugar than the cookie they’re impersonating.
PB & J FILLED CHOCOLATE MUFFINS
You probably won’t believe me but these muffins have no added sugar. They don’t use dried fruit, only whole fruit. They’re also gluten free, light and fluffy. And yep, they’re filled with peanut butter and raspberry. Other than the peanut butter there’s also no added fat. Oh and they taste REALLY good.
