This week Plan A is going to be gut makeover friendly! Plan B will be vegetarian because I haven’t quite mastered a whole weeks worth of vegetarian options that are gut makeover friendly from my recipes… I’ll get there! This also means that plan A will coincidentally be dairy free, gluten free, sugar free and paleo. And Plan B is where the noodles are at 😉
This week I have some ridiculously yummy things in store for you. From pasta bake, to noodles, to grilled chicken salads there’s even a burger. It’s meal planning Sunday time and I’ve tried to take the difficult part out of it for you.

I even did your planning in advance so this little collection is ready to go today. I decided this holiday is all about me turning my brain off so most of these posts are written in advance. This is a very summery couscous salad made super delicious with… HALOUMI. Because cheese if life and haloumi is so golden and salty and delicious. It’s one of my favourite cheeses because of how it is transformed in heat. It also takes this salad from side dish to lunch by adding a little extra protein to satisfy.
This simple summer salad can be a side or a full meal. I love having it with a couple of soft boiled eggs on top for lunch – so delicious I kind of want to lick the plate. Maybe have, this is a safe private place for my confessions right? It’s really easy to throw together and tastes delicious.
New year new you right? This year I’m changing it up a little and starting some weekly meal plans for you all. Each week there will be Meal Plan A (Vegetarian) and Meal Plan B (Meat Eater). They will include 5 nights of meal suggestions, photos to get you salivating and links to all the recipes. I’ll also chuck in a breakfast, lunch or snack recipe every now and then because I need variety in my life and I’m sure someone else out there does too!
This is sort of the third salad I’ve posted this week… whoops! This was clearly not well planned, but it’s all I feel like eating at the moment. This one is super filling due to the lentils and freekah and can easily become a stand alone meal with the addition of some grilled chicken or a soft boiled egg. Perfection.
