Whoop Whoop it’s meal plan time again! And it’s my last week of the Gut Makeover! This weeks PLAN A will again be gut makeover friendly for any of those thinking of doing it or just trying to eat less carbs. However, this week I’ve been eating some fermented dairy so it’s still gluten free but no longer strictly paleo or dairy free. And I can’t tell you how excited I was to eat cheese.
LAMB, EGGPLANT AND ALMOND CURRY
I’ve made this curry 3 weeks in a row now. Partly because I was perfecting the recipe and partly because it’s delicious and comforting. The lamb is super tender and the eggplant is just starting to collapse into the sauce making it creamy and delicious. You need to stock your freezer with it now.
MEAL PLANS WEEK 32
MEAL PLANS WEEK 31
This week Plan A is going to be gut makeover friendly! Plan B will be vegetarian because I haven’t quite mastered a whole weeks worth of vegetarian options that are gut makeover friendly from my recipes… I’ll get there! This also means that plan A will coincidentally be dairy free, gluten free, sugar free and paleo. And Plan B is where the noodles are at 😉
MEAL PLANS WEEK 30
Happy Sunday! This week’s meal plans are teeming with delicious ideas and lots of variety… actually there’s an awful lot of mushrooms in that vegetarian one – but you can use different mushrooms so still variety right? I’ve tried to include recipes that use a lot of the same herbs and will pop in tips to make sure you’re not wasting food!

MEAL PLANS WEEK 28
We’re deep into winter now and I finally think I’ve adjusted. I’ve got the right amount of blankets on my bed. I know how to get the house warm super quick, and have red wine and a list of great shows on hand for when it’s too miserable to head outside. plus, I’ve got a decent list of winter favourites I’m rotating.
EYE FILLET RAINBOW RICE BOWLS
I don’t post red meat recipes that often because I don’t eat a whole lot of it. These bowls first happened when I was cooking diner for my brother and we were using beautiful grass fed eye fillet we found in my parents freezer (such adults) and what was left in the fridge. They were so good I made them again and again. Crispy rice, topped with crispy olive oil and chilli kale, pickled cabbage, pickled carrot, tender marinated beef and a perfect fried egg. Sooooo good.
