Happy Sunday folks! It’s Meal Plan time again, and I’m sticking to last weeks theme of one gut makeover friendly plan (to reflect what I’m eating) and one vegetarian plan (because eating less meat is a wonderful thing for the planet).
MEAL PLANS WEEK 31
This week Plan A is going to be gut makeover friendly! Plan B will be vegetarian because I haven’t quite mastered a whole weeks worth of vegetarian options that are gut makeover friendly from my recipes… I’ll get there! This also means that plan A will coincidentally be dairy free, gluten free, sugar free and paleo. And Plan B is where the noodles are at 😉
MEAL PLANS WEEK 30
Happy Sunday! This week’s meal plans are teeming with delicious ideas and lots of variety… actually there’s an awful lot of mushrooms in that vegetarian one – but you can use different mushrooms so still variety right? I’ve tried to include recipes that use a lot of the same herbs and will pop in tips to make sure you’re not wasting food!
MEAL PLANS WEEK 28
We’re deep into winter now and I finally think I’ve adjusted. I’ve got the right amount of blankets on my bed. I know how to get the house warm super quick, and have red wine and a list of great shows on hand for when it’s too miserable to head outside. plus, I’ve got a decent list of winter favourites I’m rotating.

MEAL PLANS WEEK 26
This weekend has been so crisp, sunny days becoming cold nights and I just don’t know why I’m never prepared for this level of winter. Every year I’m all like, ‘I don’t remember it being this cold last year’, when clearly it was. And for al of you that live in places that are actually cold. I’m only talking single digits celsius that I’m struggling with. There’s no snow or actual cold. Just me dressing inappropriately, as a fairly constant state of affairs. But man is it making me crave hot food for every meal.
MEAL PLANS WEEK 25
This weeks meal plans are continuing along that waste less theme. The recipes have cross over ingredients but different flavour profiles and should leave you with enough for lunches if there’s just 2 of you! This is how I cook at home, using ingredients form one recipe to create the rest.
MEAL PLANS WEEK 24
This weeks meal plans have arrived and they’re delightful! I’ve included notes on how to cut down on waste by adjusting the recipes, such as using green cabbage for both recipes that call for cabbage this week. I’m all for adapting recipes to suit your needs, and the contents of your fridge.
MEAL PLANS WEEK 23
This week has been a fun one in the kitchen, with delicious cakes, yummy curries and even more things to come next week. The meal plans this week definitely reflect this as well as my continuous push to wasting less food and using similar ingredients across the week, but don’t worry this doesn’t mean everything will taste the same!
