Birthday week is doooone! And it was such a good one, if a bit of a blur. I had the Bupa Blog Awards on Thursday night and although I didn’t win it was such a pleasure to be one of the finalists and meet some crazy talented people. People like Tara from the Nutrition Guru and the Chef who was the winner of my category. But the week’s been BUSY so I’m just finishing off this post this morning thus it’s probably going to be posted a little later than usual!
Meal Plans Week 41
So this week is a pretty exciting week. It’s my birthday week (not that exciting post 30 tbh) and it’s also the week of the BUPA blog awards! I’m nominated in the healthy Eating category and super excited to attend the awards night this Thursday with all the other amazing nominees. I’m also typically excited for this weeks meal plans because they involve some of my favourite things like hummus, prawns, pasta, lemon and fgood you can eat from a bowl.

Meal Plans Week 39
Happy Sunday! This weeks meal plans are here and there’s some really delicious bowls of goodness happening. I’m trying to make sure I include at least 1 seafood recipe in the mix (for the non-vego plan) as I’m a big believer in the benefits of Omega-3 in your diet. There’s also a lovely range of different vegetables involved with enough cross over to not end the week with a whole lot of wilting herbs in the fridge. Winning on all fronts.

Meal Plans Week 36
This last week has been a hectic mess. I feel like I’m always running from one thing to the next at the moment with never enough time to just relax. And i’m probably not even that busy I just really treasure time when I can slow down and that’s not happeneing right now. So that’s may aim for the week ahead. Take it slowly and breathe a little more. While moving into a new house and cleaning the last one… I like setting achievable goals ha.
Meal Plans Week 35
Meal Plans Week 34
Today is the last day of the gut makeover! 4 weeks of no caffeine, grains, legumes, dairy, alcohol and sugar done and dusted! This weeks Plan A will still reflect how I’ve been eating for the last week and Plan B will be the usual vegetarian plan. I’m also going to reflect a little on how I’ve found this whole gut make over thing.
MEAL PLANS WEEK 33
Whoop Whoop it’s meal plan time again! And it’s my last week of the Gut Makeover! This weeks PLAN A will again be gut makeover friendly for any of those thinking of doing it or just trying to eat less carbs. However, this week I’ve been eating some fermented dairy so it’s still gluten free but no longer strictly paleo or dairy free. And I can’t tell you how excited I was to eat cheese.
