Oh hello there! Long time no see! I’ve been very busy putting together a brand new ebook for you. I’m so proud of this book and adore the 40 new recipes it includes. Filled with 81 pages of images, tips and deliciousness it’s a must have if you enjoy my recipes.

This book reflects how my partner and I eat at home. It’s a celebration of my healthier relationship with food. A relationship that’s full of fun and excitement rather than shame and terms like ‘low fat’, ‘refined sugar free’ (sugar is sugar) and ‘superfood’ (what does that even mean anyway?!). Food should be a joy, not a source of angst or punishment. It should be something we make for ourselves and others to cherish and share that joy.

This isn’t a book full of traditional recipes cooked exactly how they’re meant to be. It’s a book of recipes that reflect the way I love to cook, being influenced by what’s in the fridge and whatever I’m craving. It’s a little book of recipes that will make you feel like an excellent cook and give you a little inspiration when you’re bored of cooking the same old thing.

The sections include: Building Blocks, Lunchy Things, The Main Event, Dough Boy, Things for the Side and I Want Sugar. There’s vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options in there amongst delightful noodle dishes, easy roast chicken and flavoursome curry. I hope you love it as much as I do.
