Meal Plans 40

It’s weekly meal plan time. Here with delicious and easy ideas to keep you sane during a time that’s probably become rather busy. Social e gave mental and eating out are keeping me out of the kitchen more than I’d like. This week we’re having friends over and I can’t wait to cook for them.

Breakfast

Green Smoothie. It’s a smoothie week because they’re fast and easy, and just what need on a summery morning.

Cheese and Egg Tacos, and other days it just eggs and veggies for breakfast for me!

Lunch

This Zucchini and Potato Gratin is calling my name. Have it with a side salad for lunch!

Lime, Ginger and Sesame Soba Noodle Salad. Can’t get enough of noodle salads right now.

Dinner

Green Quinoa Bowl with Crispy Skinned Salmon and Herbed Yoghurt. The leftovers are a perfect lunch option too.

Gnocchi with Rapini Pesto, easy and delicious!

Chipotle Chicken Lettuce Cups, light and fresh. Perfect on a warm evening!

Golden Coconut Tofu Buddha Bowls, such a fun and colourful bowl of food.
