Meal Plans Week 129

It’s school holidays! This means loads more cooking AND a trip to Sydney next weekend. Send me food tips please!!

This week’s meal plans are full of my favourite things. I hope you love them as much as I do xx

Plan A

Day 1: Spicy Cassarecce with Vodka, Basil and Parmesan. Easy and delicious weeknight meal. Just serve with steamed greens or a side salad.

Day 2: Fragrant Chicken And Cabbage Fried Rice, a super adaptable recipe.

Day 3: Cauliflower, Parmesan and Thyme Pies, you could also make this as one big pie!

Day 4: Herb Crusted Salmon with Fennel, Asparagus and Broad Bean Salad, super tasty and easy.

Day 5: Chicken Salad With Creamy Cashew and Herb Mayo, this Mayonnaise is everything.

Plan B

Day 1: Tofu and Ginger Noodle Soup. A nourishing way to start the week.

Day 2: Shiitake and Water Chestnut Dumplings. You know dumplings are my favourite food.

Day 3: Spicy Cassarecce with Vodka, Basil and Parmesan. The best kind of pasta.

Day 4: Broccoli, Goats Cheese And Potato Cakes. These are the best at any time of the day!

Day 5: Cauliflower, Parmesan and Thyme Pies

And this week’s bonus recipe: Choc- Coconut Chia Pudding!!
