Meal Plans Week 128

Ooft it’s been a busy week! Lots of recipe testing mixed in with packing and getting ready to move next weekend! So excited to set up a house for just the two of us after years of share houses. This is the last meal Plans post I’ll be bringing to you before that…

So before I have to adjust and adapt to totally different kitchen lighting here’s a week of meal plans for you:

Plan A

Day 1: Zucchini, Chilli and Broad bean pasta. It’s spring!! Eat spring things.

Day 2: Prawn Souvlaki. One of my favourite things ever.

Day 3: Vegetarian Middle Eastern Nachos a great way to use up any pita bread you have leftover.

Day 4: Chicken, Thyme, Carrot and Tahini Tray Bake, super easy!

Day 5: Gorgonzola stuffed lamb burger, hope for some nicer weather so you can get the BBQ out.

Plan B

Day 1: Cauliflower and hummus pita pockets. All the yum.

Day 2: Zucchini, Chilli and Broad bean pasta. One of my all time favourites.

Day 3: Tofu and Kale Creamy Korma Curry, it tastes way better than it looks!

Day 4: Vegetarian Middle Eastern Nachos a great way to use up any pita bread you have leftover.

Day 5: Mexican Rainbow Salad, super filling.
