It’s been another week of holiday and I’ve been spending it in Berlin and London exploring and, well, eating!
Those meals have been so varied and are definitely going to influence this week’s meal plans. From Israeli food and Mexican in a blisteringly hot Berlin to Peruvian, pasta and roast dinners in London.
Plan A
Day 1: Haloumi Tacos, honestly could there be a better vegetarian taco filling? I actually have more coming up for you!
Day 2: Hummus with a Grilled Chicken, Herb and Lemon Salad hummus piled high with things is always a great idea.
Day 3: Gnocchi with a Cavalo Nero, Cauliflower and Goats Cheese
Day 4: Pork Schnitzel with a Roasted Wedge Slaw and Herb Dressing you could make this schnitzel with chicken too.
Day 5: Roasted Snapper and Fennel with Chilli Lemon and a Cashew Tartar, a different kind of roast just and crunchy roast potatoes!
Plan B
Day 1: Gnocchi with a Cavalo Nero, Cauliflower and Goats Cheese
Day 2: Hummus with Slow Roasted Tomato and Pomegranate Salad. Like having a snack plate for dinner!
Day 3: Vegetable and Chickpea Soup with a Herb Pesto, the dollop of pesto brings this soup a whole lot of extra bang,
Day 4: Silken Tofu Bowl with Spicy Mushroom Sauce, a warming comforting bowl of goodness.
Day 5: Haloumi Tacos, Friday night easy food.
This week’s bonus? Kale chips!
