7 Ways With: Haloumi

I was tempted just to write ‘pan fry until golden and eat’ 7 times in this list and be done with it… but that would be failing to tell you all the things you can make more delicious by adding golden haloumi to them (air, mostly air). Okay seriously though this list will make you drool.

Is there anything better than golden cheese? Haloumi is also an excellent way to add protein to a vegetarian dish and an excellent way to make anything taste great. But there’s certain things you can eat it with to really make it special and a good amount of acid is key. The acid helps balance the fat and the salt. I also find having it with crispy green stuff is delicious.
