Meal Plans 31

How are you all feeling? I’m on a bit of a roller coaster at the moment. I’m mostly fine, this situation in Melbourne sucks, but my personal situation is pretty great so I’m very aware of how lucky I am. This week has been interesting. I’ve had days where I just… couldn’t. Didn’t feel like being productive or achieving anything. And that’s fine because other days are great! I’m a week into my gut makeover and I’m starting to feel really good. I was worried doing it during lockdown would be depressing but it’s actually helpful. I have something to focus on and there’s no social events for me to miss out on things at. This week’s meal plans will reflect how I’ve been eating so you can see what it’s all about!
