Meal Plans Week 52

The long weekend has been full of relaxing beach times for me and not thinking about food prep… but it’s that time again and the best way to get my week on track is planning it a little in advance. For me that usually means planning what recipes I’m testing and writing these meal plans based for you!

The suggestions this week come courtesy of this humid weather we’re currently stuck in, lots of things that won’t take too long in the kitchen! There’s salads, pastas and things you can grill quickly, enjoy:)

Plan A

Day 1: Farfalle with Asparagus, Caramelised Leeks and Lemon, a quick and fresh pasta to start the week.

Day 2: Prawn Gado Gado Salad, I love this twist on Gado Gado!

Day 3: Chicken and Mushroom Larb Style Lettuce Cups, a light and easy dinner to throw together.

Day 4: Quick and Easy Hangover Noodles, no hangover needed just a lazy human

Day 5: Hot Smoked Salmon and Pink Grapefruit Salad – no cooking required!


Plan B

Day 1: Zucchini and Lentil Salad with Pecorino and Spinach Yoghurt sauce, loaded with greens and protein!

Day 2: Silken Tofu with Spicy Mushroom Sauce the contrasting textures and flavours in this dish are amazing.

Day 3: Farfalle with Asparagus, Caramelised Leeks and Lemon this easy and delicious pasta is just what you need.

Day 4: Quick and Easy Hangover Noodles, these are perfect and delicious when you’re not hungover too.

Day 5: Cauliflower Rice, Chickpea and Avocado Salad with Lemon and Feta Dressing, no cooking required!

It’s back to school week so make these coffee icey poles, for you, not the kids;)
