Meal Plans Week 47

It’s been such a busy week this week but I feel like that’s just the vibe for December right? Christmas parties are happening, summer is happening and the end of the year is quickly approaching. I’m trying to keep my week night meals as wholesome and nourishing (I hate using that word for some reason!) so that’s what this weeks meal plans are all about: keeping the balance in comparison to the December party time mayhem.

It’s been almost a full year of these meal plans now, which is crazy. When I first decided to do this I didn’t know how long it would last for but I love putting these meal plans together for you all. I’ll definitely be keeping it up in the year to come but adding some exciting new things to the blog too.

But I”m in a hurry today so let’s get to this weeks meal plans:

Plan A

Day 1: Zucchini, Chilli, Garlic and Lemon Linguini: all time fave summer time pasta. And it’s meat free, a win for Monday.

Day 2: Sesame, Miso, Ginger and Chicken One Pot Ramen: there is nothing about that title that you can disagree with.

Day 3: Turkey Meatballs with Chermoula and Cauliflower puree: completely grain free vegetable filled goodness.

Day 4: Fried tempeh, Black Rice and Avocado Salad bowl: some beautiful colours for your belly.

Day 5: Hot Smoked Salmon and Pink Grapefruit Salad. Grape fruit is still in season so enjoy this deliciousness.

Plan B

Day 1: Roasted Cauliflower and Kale Salad with Lemony Zucchini and Haloumi: the best salad ever?

Day 2: Quick Spicy Vegetarian Ramen: a quick and easy dinner for these busy nights.

Day 3: Zucchini, Chilli, Garlic and Lemon Linguini: this is so delicious and so easy!

Day 4: Fried tempeh, Black Rice and Avocado Salad bowl: some beautiful colours for your belly.

Day 5: Chipotle and Black mean Nachos with Manchego and Poblano Peppers. Great food for you, and for a party.
