Week 19? What?! how did that happen? This week has been crazy busy so I’ll be keeping this post short and sharp but full of delicious ideas for the week ahead.

Unfortunately I’ll also be keeping it shopping list free because no one has complained yet and I’m exhausted from the crazy busy week. You know those weeks where you just dont get a spare moment for you? I haven’t spent more than 45 minutes at home and awake all week and it’s got to me!

I had one of my bestest friends in the whole world’s weddings last night too so and it was so beautiful – with the best food! Rupert on Rupert did a wonderful job.

But meal plans, check them out!

Plan A

Day 1: Sesame Tofu Schnitzel Noodle Bowls – start the week with this tasty meat free dish!

Day 2: Prawns and Chickpeas with Paprika and Saffron – such a quick and easy dish to make and sooooo much flavour!

Day 3: Thai Red Curry Pumpkin Soup. This is still one of my all time favourites!

Day 4: Soy, Lime and Chill Roast Chicken, excuse the photos this one is an old favourite and has so much flavour!

Day 5: Roast Chicken Noodles – Use the leftover roast chicken in a quick and easy stir fry.

Plan B

Day 1: Vegetarian Lasagne – there’s so much flavour in this delicious dish and the bechamel sauce is even cauliflower!

Day 2: Thai Red Curry Pumpkin Soup – all the yum in one filling bowl.

Day 3: Za’atar roasted cauliflower – a midweek salad that’s full of yummy flavours.

Day 4: Vegetarian Huevos Rotos – this is the perfect breakfast for dinner meal!

Day 5: Sesame Tofu Schnitzel Noodle Bowls – noodles, crispy schnitzel and peanut sauce. You can’t go wrong.
